Emerald Event Centre sits inside Emerald Plaza on the Peter Odili/Akpajo link road in Woji, Port Harcourt. It's a fully air-conditioned hall built for weddings, naming and dedication ceremonies, birthdays, and corporate events.
The hall comfortably seats 220 guests banquet-style, with a maximum capacity of 250. Chiavari chairs in ghost and gold, square and round banquet tables, a dressed stage, a private changing room, and separate facilities for men and women all come with the package, along with on-site staff for the full length of your event.

Rates below include hall, tables, chairs, stage and staff. All packages are inclusive of 7.5% VAT.
Extra hours: ₦60,000/hr on weekends, ₦50,000/hr on weekdays.
Extra-hours discount does not apply to hourly bookings.
The full Facility Rental Agreement is signed at booking. Here are the terms clients ask about most.
A 50% deposit of the hall rental fee guarantees your date. The remaining balance is due at least one week before your event. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cheque only. Cash payments to staff are not permitted.
Standard bookings include 5 hours of hall and generator use (12 noon – 5pm) on the event day. Events running over are billed at ₦60,000 per additional hour, unless a longer window is agreed with management in advance.
Decorations must not be fastened to the walls. Candles, fireworks and any open flame or heating device are strictly prohibited in and around the hall. A minimum charge of ₦30,000 applies where decoration causes damage or excess wear.
Cancellations require a dated, written request and incur a 25% fee. A single rebooking is permitted once the hall fee is paid in full, subject to a ₦25,000 date-change fee on full-fare bookings.
Clients are responsible for damage to the venue or its equipment caused by themselves, their guests, or their decorators, and for removing rented equipment on the day of the event. Emerald Event Centre is not responsible for items left behind or lost.
No smoking inside the hall or its immediate surroundings. No live animals on the premises. Parking is free within the plaza and its surroundings, at guests' own risk.
